Can I get a refund if it doesn't work?
If RestroPod genuinely fails to run on a device that meets our published requirements, report it within 3 days of purchase. We'll attempt a fix first — if we can't resolve it, you get 80% of the remaining value of your billing period back.
What happens if I don't renew?
Your subscription enters a grace period first. If it ends without renewal, your license is deactivated and the POS stops processing new bills — but your data stays safely on your device. Renewing restores access instantly.
Can I upgrade or add more devices later?
Yes. You can move to a higher plan anytime from your dashboard to unlock more devices and modules.
